- Extract all old brake fluid from the existing reservoir using a syringe to prevent caustic spillage over paintwork.
- Disconnect the fluid level sensor electrical plug.
- Release the retaining pin/roll pin holding the reservoir to the master cylinder (if applicable).
- Carefully rock and pull the old reservoir upward out of the rubber grommets.
- Press the new reservoir firmly into the grommets, secure the pin, reconnect the sensor, refill with fresh fluid, and bleed the brakes.
