This assembly mounts at the extreme left side of the dashboard beside the passenger door. The rear duct connects with the vehicle heating and ventilation system. The adjustable louvres direct airflow towards the passenger-side window or into the cabin, while the integrated lower section provides a small storage tray.
This component forms the passenger-side outer air outlet for the vehicle heating and ventilation system. Air travelling through the dashboard duct exits through the adjustable louvres.
The centre adjustment tab changes the direction of the airflow. The mechanical control opens or restricts airflow through the outlet. The surrounding trim finishes the dashboard opening and incorporates a small storage tray.
The rear foam seal helps prevent air leakage, whistling and vibration where the vent duct meets the dashboard ventilation channel.
