What this part does
This fuse relay box distributes and protects electrical circuits in the engine bay. It is there to keep the vehicle’s power supply safe, controlled, and fault-isolated. If it fails, you can see intermittent electrical faults, blown fuses, no-start conditions, dead accessories, warning lights, or random power loss.
Typical symptoms of a failing unit
- Intermittent start / no crank / no power to selected circuits.
- Blown fuse events, poor relay contact, or heat-related electrical drop-outs.
- Accessory failures such as lighting, wipers, fans, or control modules cutting in and out.
- Visible heat marks, corrosion, water ingress, or broken terminals.
