1. Switch off the ignition, remove the key and protect the door paint, sill and nearby trim.
2. Carefully remove the pull-handle or fixing covers without marking the visible surfaces.
3. Remove all visible Torx screws. Screw size and quantity can vary with trim specification.
4. Starting at the lower edge, use a plastic trim tool to release the perimeter clips one at a time.
5. Lift the panel upward to release it from the upper window ledge. Support its weight.
6. Disconnect the window-switch plug, lighting/speaker wiring and any other attached connectors.
7. Release the interior-handle Bowden cable carefully without kinking it.
8. Transfer any required clips, caps, trim pieces or equipment from the original panel.
9. Reconnect the cable and electrical plugs. Test the handle, window switch, speaker and lighting before final assembly.
10. Engage the upper edge first, align every clip, press the perimeter into place, reinstall the screws and refit the covers.
