Location: Driver's side dashboard, immediately behind the steering wheel and surrounding the instrument / speedometer cluster.

Purpose: It finishes and locates the area around the meter cluster, provides the shaped upper visor around the instruments and helps the dashboard assembly sit correctly around the clocks.

3. Protect the instrument-cluster lens, steering-column trims and adjacent dashboard surfaces.

4. Starting at an accessible edge, carefully release the existing visor clips with a plastic trim tool. Work progressively rather than pulling hard from one point.

5. Once removed, compare the entire reverse of your old visor with this replacement before fitting: clip positions, locating tabs, contours and T8N/RHD references should correspond.

6. Check the receiving clips and dashboard slots for old broken plastic before installation.

7. Align all locating points before applying pressure. Press progressively until the assembly sits evenly and securely.

8. Confirm the surround is flush, does not rattle and does not interfere with steering-column adjustment or the instrument-cluster viewing area.
