What it does: this component forms the visible dashboard trim and controlled deployment door above the passenger airbag position. It also provides the carrier and tether arrangement for the cover. It does not electronically control the SRS system and replacing the cover alone will not normally extinguish an airbag warning light.

1Confirm the part. Compare colour, carrier, tethers and mounting holes before dismantling the vehicle.
