This is a mechanical twin-release control. One lever pulls the bonnet-release cable so the bonnet can pop onto its secondary safety catch. The second lever operates the cable for the fuel-filler flap release.
Location: low in the driver's footwell/lower-dashboard area on the right side of a UK RHD Qashqai J10. It is positioned for the driver to reach down and release either function.
