What This Component Does
This moulded trim panel finishes and protects the interior right-front door-frame area immediately around the exterior mirror mounting zone. It covers exposed mounting structure, provides the correct interior contour and retains the intended factory appearance at the mirror sail area.
Depending on the vehicle's mirror and audio specification, the moulding may interface with a manual mirror-adjustment aperture and/or speaker-style grille area. The plastic garnish itself is a passive trim component and does not electrically command or power the exterior mirror.

Engine reference: Toyota KGB10 applications use the 1KR-FE petrol family; WNB10 denotes the diesel application. Shared-platform C1/107 vehicles were offered with corresponding petrol and diesel powertrains. Because this component is interior trim, engine selection does not mechanically operate the part, but model code, year, physical side and stamped number must still agree.
Will Not Fit / Important Exclusions
- Not the LEFT-HAND trim. The catalogue LH counterpart is 67492-0H010-B0.
- Not the separate upper RH frame cover. The nearby upper RH component is 67495-0H010-B0.
- Do not use for second-generation Aygo KGB40 simply because the shape looks similar. The later generation introduced different RH garnish references.
- Do not assume compatibility with Citroen C1 II or Peugeot 108 from 2014-on. Match the exact physical component and stamped number.
- Do not buy solely from the words “driver side”. This item is physically RH. On an LHD vehicle RH is the passenger side.
- Do not order from registration year alone. Verify 67491-0H010, colour, apertures, grille pattern, fixing locations and photographs.

Typical Installation Procedure
- Park safely, switch the ignition off and open the RH front door.
- Before removing anything, compare your existing panel with 67491-0H010, including the outer contour, aperture, grille, rear clip pattern and colour.
- Protect the surrounding door trim and glass area with a microfibre cloth or suitable low-tack protection.
- If your specification has a manual mirror-adjustment control passing through the trim, carefully remove the knob or boot only in accordance with its normal retaining method.
- Insert a plastic trim tool behind the existing garnish close to a retention point. Do not lever aggressively against the glass edge.
- Release the retaining clips progressively while supporting the panel. Avoid twisting old plastic unnecessarily.
- If a speaker or tweeter arrangement is fitted behind the grille area, disconnect or transfer associated equipment only where the vehicle specification requires it.
- Inspect clips, locating tabs and adjoining trim. Transfer reusable clips only where they are the correct matching type.
- Align the replacement garnish with all locating points before applying pressure.
- Press evenly around each clip location until the panel sits flush without forcing the moulding.
- Refit any mirror-control component removed earlier and check mirror adjustment and any nearby audio equipment before closing the door.
- Perform a final visual check for even gaps and secure retention.
