THE UPPER FAN-SPEED / RECIRCULATION CONTROL IS MISSING AND IS NOT INCLUDED.

The item supplied is exactly the assembly shown in the photographs. It currently contains the middle airflow-direction / A/C control and lower temperature / rear-demister control. The upper circular position is empty.

You will normally need to transfer the matching upper control from your existing panel if it is compatible. Please do not purchase expecting a complete three-control heater panel.

The moulded fascia number has been cross-referenced against catalogue data. The production application for 55406-0D190-B0 is 11/2005–11/2008 for KSP90, SCP90 and NLP90 Yaris hatchback applications.

These photographs are reference examples of the second-generation Yaris hatchback body. They are provided to help identify the correct generation and are not photographs of the donor vehicle.

This panel is installed vertically in the lower centre dashboard / centre stack, underneath the radio/audio area and centre air vents.

• Toyota Yaris Mk1 / XP10.
• Toyota Yaris Mk3 / XP130 or later generations.
• Yaris / Belta / Vios saloon or sedan applications simply because the model year appears similar.
• NCP91 / 1.8 applications – not included in the verified 55406-0D190-B0 chassis application.
• Vehicles produced after 11/2008 where the centre fascia/control arrangement changed.
• Any vehicle with a different moulded panel number, different control layout, different cable arrangement, different plugs or different mounting points.
• Any vehicle requiring all three heater controls unless you already have the correct upper control to transfer.

2. Check the moulded number. Look for 55406-0D190 on your existing fascia where accessible.
3. Confirm chassis. The verified applications are KSP90, SCP90 and NLP90.

5. Compare the rear. Check mounting clips, control housings, cable points and electrical connection against our rear photographs.

1. Park the vehicle safely, switch the ignition off and remove the key.
2. If electrical connections are to be disconnected, isolate the negative battery terminal using the appropriate vehicle procedure.
3. Protect the surrounding dashboard surfaces with a clean cloth or suitable masking protection.
4. Use plastic trim-removal tools to carefully release the relevant centre-console/dashboard trim.
5. Remove any screws or fasteners securing the centre fascia where fitted.
6. Ease the existing control panel forwards without pulling hard on wiring or control cables.
7. Photograph the original rear arrangement before disconnecting anything.
8. Disconnect the relevant electrical plug(s) and mechanical/control cable connections carefully.
9. Place the old and replacement assemblies side by side.
10. Compare part number, colour, clip positions, plug location, control bodies and cable positions.
11. Transfer your existing matching upper fan-speed/recirculation control into the empty upper location where compatible.
12. Reconnect the supplied controls and cable/linkage positions exactly as removed.
13. Before fully reinstalling trim, test airflow direction, temperature movement, A/C request, rear demister, fan speeds and recirculation.
14. Once all functions operate correctly, reinstall the fascia and trim without forcing the clips.

A reasonable planning estimate for an experienced technician is approximately 30–60 minutes / 0.5–1.0 labour hour, assuming no seized fixings, damaged trim, wiring repairs or additional diagnosis is required.
